Content guidelines
You are responsible for the property information you provide to configure the AI. All information must be accurate, current, and not misleading. Do not include content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringing on third-party intellectual property. The AI will use the information you supply to respond to guest inquiries — inaccurate information may expose you to liability under consumer protection laws.
Rate limits and fair use
Each subscription plan includes a specified volume of call minutes per month. Sustained usage significantly exceeding your plan limits — or patterns suggesting automated or fraudulent call traffic — may result in throttling, plan upgrade requirements, or account review. We will notify you before taking any action and provide an opportunity to adjust your usage or plan.
Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account, depending on severity and frequency. We may terminate your account immediately without warning for violations that create legal liability, endanger safety, or involve illegal activity. If we terminate your account for a policy violation, you are not entitled to a refund for the remaining subscription period. We will provide written notice of the specific violation and, where possible, an opportunity to cure before termination.
